Hi, I'm Suzanne Soutter, and this space is a journey with "PUREDEADBRILLIANTPHOTOS", my photography expressed my way.

HERE.... and NOW.... This space has grown from a feeling that initially moved more than a decade ago.... . I first felt to push myself outside my comfort zone by embracing online tech platforms. Allowing my creative feels that showed up as I explored the realms of photography; to be vulnerably exposed. In this journey I challenged myself that I could show up and do what I said I was going to do. Walk my Talk. To not show up driven by others' opinions or societies perceived expectations of what Photography "is" or "should be". I launched my initial site on WordPress and then scaredy-cat dropped the bundle and didn't venture back until recently. Then with further exploration felt to move my "show-up" to this domain. Leaning in to the feelings of what truly moves me was honestly a wee bit challenging. Full frontal facing the emotional residoodoo of a lifetime of buried and unexpressed "stuff" and "rules" that were blocking my creative flow. I'm now here with a freedom of space and expression; grown from deep dive exploration of what moves ME... My Me. :) I set myself challenges in my photography game to grow my craft. I found that my auld faithful Canon EOS600D with kit lenses was limiting my expression and experience. My recent purchase of a Canon R7 and a few lenses as upgrade has reignited my joy and passion for capturing what I see and feel. A wise man once impressed on me to "Never stop Growing...Never stop moving Forward" and this sage advice I carry with me as I step into new adventures and deeper and deeper exploration of self. It's a Wonderful World we get to play in and I intend to explore ALL of Me in as much of the space around me as I can. Live while I'm Alive.
