This colourful rainbow lorikeet we nicknamed 'TagDag' due bright yellow splash of colour on the back of his neck. He was a regular visitor to our new home.
Calling me outside with my coffee as the sun woke up the sky. Quite the chatty wee soul.
His visits have stopped now but plenty more of his family and friends frequent my grevillias and bird feeders. Captured on EOS600D with 18-55mm kit lens.
The other regular visitors are the New Holland Honeyeaters....Noisy wee things for their size!
Haven't managed to capture the Rosellas as yet...watch this space!
