And WHAT AN EXPERIENCE it was. Shellharbour Wild got us close and the whales made it a real Close Encounter! So many vocal whales jostling and playing alongside the boat. Their expiration so loud; like an elephant's trumpet bellowing out with each spout spray.
Breaching behind and beside the boat. Missed capturing them but caught a breach off in the distance. Eyes looking, fins waving, tails waving and slapping. Cruising northwards (having to avoid numptys in a wee boat that disappointingly kept crossing the path of the whales instead of motoring alongside their path.).
Magical Experience with these magnificent mammals. So grateful.
